I am particularly interested in exploring the photographic image and painting ─ focusing on my own world-story and the people and places that I know, or imagine that I know in a daydreamed reality.
One of my current research projects is related to ‘WaterLines’, an idea that cameout of my efforts to explore some artistic, social and emotional issues in which I’m personally involved.
I am fascinated by simultaneity: the vivid, vibrant and multi-faceted overlap between different cultures and times.
For that reason a work of Art is always for me a step further into the no man’s land of our past and future lives, a powerful spiritual statement which deepens and enriches our everyday experience.
