Profile page example

Below is some guidance on how to create a good profile page. Just follow the layout.

You have the option of inserting images using the attachments button or if you prefer, into the body text using the text editor. Make sure you attach the first image in your profile or product description as this will be the image used for the corresponding thumbnail.

If you want to place text alongside images simply click the table icon in the text editor and create a table to insert text and images into its cells. If you want unstyled tables like the ones below - enter a border value of 0 into table properties. If you want to insert images using the text editor, they must first be uploaded so go to uploads in your account page. The attachments button also allows you to upload videos, and files.

Information about yourself: What kind of work you produce, your background, age, experience, education, personal information insofar as it is relevant to your work...	Favorite image first as this is the one that will be used as your profile pic.
Information about your work in greater detail: Style's, genre's, mediums, influences, inspiration: Briefly outline all the different products / services you think you could provide rather than only mentioning work you have already done - so as an Illustrator, you may also want to do portraits and caricatures. This will improve your chances of getting / selling work.

Information detailing this area of your work

Info about image / that period of your career /that particular series of works	Maximum of around 8 images per sub heading.

Info about image / that period of your career /that particular series of works

Sub-heading presenting other types of work e.g. Caricatures

Information detailing this area of your work

Final paragraph summarising your work and yourself as an artist and any additional information perhaps regarding conditions / details of sales and commissions. 

When you build a profile, and upload work for sale, please take the time to tag yourself and your items with the relevant categories: Genre, Subject, Medium etc. So when people search / browse for something specific they will be able to find you and your work. Take the time to tick all the categories that apply to you in each list. Thankyou.
